Editorial Policy

What we publish
Structured research on risk categories, jurisdictions, industries, and professional roles. We cover subjects where a reader has to make a decision and needs compressed, referenced analysis — not opinion, not commentary.
What we won't publish
- Sponsored content disguised as research.
- Directory content (lists of firms by category).
- Forecasts without an explicit reasoning trail.
- Statistics we can't source.
- Personally-identifying details about private individuals unless directly relevant to a publicly-documented matter.
Independence
We don't accept paid placement inside reports. We don't accept discounts or hospitality from firms that might appear in our research. Where a senior reviewer has a conflict, they recuse.
Corrections
Material corrections are made to the live report and flagged in the version history. We don't silently edit. If you believe a report contains a material error, email support@theriskagent.com.
